3 pound(s) Boneless Pork Loin
3 Green Bell Peppers, chunked
2 cup(s) Onions, rough chop
1/2 cup(s) Brown Sugar
1/4 cup(s) Apple Cider Vinegar
6 ounce Can of Tomato Paste
1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Chili Powder
1 teaspoon(s) Dry Mustard
2 teaspoon(s) Worchestershire Sauce
2 teaspoon(s) Salt
Place pork loin into crock pot. In medium bowl, mix brown sugar, vinegar, tomato paste, chili powder, dry mustard, worchestershire sauce and salt all together. Fold in the peppers & onions. Pour mixture over pork loin, it will be thick, DO NOT ADD WATER. Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 8-10 hours. Shread pork with forks, serve on crusty rolls or soft buns.
