|2 Heads of Romaine lettuce, washed & torn into pieces|
|1 bunch(s) scallions (optional)|
|4 tablespoon(s) melted butter|
|2 package(s) ramen chicken flavored noodles, broken into pieces|
|2 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds|
|2 1/2 ounce sliced almonds|
|1/4 cup(s) white wine vinegar|
|3/4 cup(s) canola oil|
|1/2 cup(s) sugar|
|2 package(s) seasoning from the ramen noodles|
Put lettuce and chopped scallions into salad bowl.
Melt butter over medium heat, add crushed ramen noodles, stir constantly, add almonds & sesame seeds, continue stirring until nicely toasted, remove from heat, set aside.
Heat vinegar, oil, sugar and seasoning packets until boiling, remove from heat & chill.
Assemble just before serving.
