Summer Salad

2 Heads of Romaine lettuce, washed & torn into pieces
1 bunch(s) scallions (optional)
4 tablespoon(s) melted butter
2 package(s) ramen chicken flavored noodles, broken into pieces
2 teaspoon(s) sesame seeds
2 1/2 ounce sliced almonds
1/4 cup(s) white wine vinegar
3/4 cup(s) canola oil
1/2 cup(s) sugar
2 package(s) seasoning from the ramen noodles

Put lettuce and chopped scallions into salad bowl.

Melt butter over medium heat, add crushed ramen noodles, stir constantly, add almonds & sesame seeds, continue stirring until nicely toasted, remove from heat, set aside.

Heat vinegar, oil, sugar and seasoning packets until boiling, remove from heat & chill. 

Assemble just before serving.
