1 Rack of Baby Back Ribs
Dry Rub
Large Brown Paper Grocery Bag
Rinse rack of ribs Place rack on pre-heated grill for 5-6 minutes per side, to give the meat a charred look. Remove from grill and liberally apply your preferred dry spice rub. Place ribs in a brown paper grocery bag. Wrap the bag tightly around the ribs and then seal the bag in aluminum foil. Place the ribs directly on the center shelf of an oven pre-heated to 350, and allow to bake for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from the oven, allow a few minutes to cool, gently unwrap foil and open the paper bag, allowing the ribs to slide onto a platter. Baste liberally with your favorite sauce and serve.
