2 pound(s) Ground beef
1 large Onion, peeled and diced (Use 1 1/2 if using Vidalia or other sweet onion)
4-5 large Stalks of Celery
2 can(s) (15 oz) Cans of Tomato Sauce
2 tablespoon(s) Mustard
1 tablespoon(s) Worchestershire sauce
1 teaspoon(s) Salt Plus Fresh Ground Pepper to taste

 Brown beef, add chopped celery, onion & heat thoroughly.  Add remaining ingredients and simmer slowly for 2-3 hours. Serve on fresh soft rolls.
